I do think my manager may be replaceable. 1984 is here, which alone is scary, but on top the inevitability of the surveillance state, the idiots in Europe are importing Islam and Extremist Islam. But Trump & Elon are the fascist.

Gas-electric or diesel-electric with battery pack has always been most efficient. Using a fuel combustion motor to power a generator to charge a battery or run motors typically allows the fuel engine to run most efficiently, burn fuel the most efficient because of a constant load and constant rpm, and you can have instant torque from electric motors. Plus with running electric motors you get energy recovery from braking like f1 kers. You see all the vehicles now that are EV's with range extenders- they're basically just like diesel-electric locomotives with a battery pack. It's always been obvious that's the way to go. Trains have basically had it forever minus the battery pack iirc. That's the way to go to use fuel most efficiently IMO. Basically making vehicles work like trains but with a battery pack.

Went downtown for the Patty's Day Parade today. On the way home, we passed that "Stop Fascism" protest at the Capitol. And what were these idiots doing - trashing the place, throwing trash in the streets, trash piled up on the lawn, etc. I don't even know how the generated that much trash at protest, it's like they brought trash from home (the ones that have homes) to throw all over the Capitol grounds.

On transit hybrid buses use the diesel engines strictly charge the battery packs that power electric motors. Fuel consumption just slightly better than full diesel in city driving but in the overall picture nothing beats rolling coal.

Absolutely nothing beats an absurdly aggressive run down city bus rolling coal while cutting you off with no warning lol

AI is an ancient entity, the sentience it will have is; building it just brings it within our dimension. There's many conscious things or civilizations older than humanity in the universe.
