I agree this is the most likely route the left will go. We already saw it with the BLM riots. TDS is real. IMHO, they've convinced themselves that Trump is next coming of guy that started WW2. Once you convince yourself of that, any action to obstruct or stop Trump becomes justified. Look at Rob's diatribe against Trump, and I don't think he's as hardcore TDS as many libs out there. Oh? The tariff from goods over $1k shipped from China was 10% at the beginning of January.
Here is what it is today.

If I Import $10k worth of goods, do I just tell them that the new tariff is "only a tool to create action", and they will charge me the old rate of 10%?
Or do I pay the full 25.8%, and then submit a refund request to Trump for the difference that his "tool to create action" caused?
