Good, maybe criminals will think twice before killing a cop. I don't get how hypocritical you are just because you hate Trump.

And cops won't hesitate to kill people, knowing they can just get pardoned.

Explain the perceived hypocrisy of my post.

Demand can be created through job creation, expanding supply, etc. China is an example of an economy that was driven by supply. In other cases all the demand in the world can't fuel growth if supply can't/won't meet demand - ie the current housing market. Trump could target a tax cut toward home buyers, but supply is too constrained for it make much of a difference. I certainly don't want to cut taxes just to have the increased spending go to benefit China 2x what it benefits the US.

If the end goal is to increase demand, then tax cuts to the top are a roundabout way of doing it. There's a direct way to increase demand and encourage business expansion. Tax cuts to the lower earners. Trickle down has....and always will be a bullshit excuse for these top end tax cats. It's dogshit economics that no self respecting economist would push.

Please, resign from your alleged employment. You claim to prosecute fraud so one could assume you are for upholding the law. Then you make your statement about cops. I get it... if cops kill off all your prospective prosecutions you will be out of a job right? To your ignorant statement about cops. Less than 1,200 people are killed in the whole United States by Police each year. This includes all justified and non justified shootings.

LOL - they face some other challenges. I watched a podcast with a former Delta Force guy who felt the big challenge with sending in Seals, Delta, etc was there would certainly be intel leaks on the Mexican side.

That's just how Trump talks. The market moves up 1% and it's "the greatest one day move ever." I'm sure we can find a quote somewhere, where he claims Zelensky is a great leader. I think we can all ignore his hyperbole at this point.

Wow, you'd think alot more people are getting shot by the PoPo. Funny thing is it looks like ~2-3x white guys are getting shot compared to black or Hispanic. I must have missed the Rachel Maddow episode about that statistic. I'm sure Cooper Anderson brought it up numerous times during the BLM riots.

And this is from 2 black professors. I never thought the police got a fair shake in that case. If I were resisting arrest, I'd expect the neck on the back of the neck. George Floyd had lots of experience with law enforcement and should have been familiar with that tactic. OTOH, if I were on the jury, I would have been highly tempted to vote guilty just to avoid having my home burned down, etc.

That's not accurate at all. One, a tax cut could be crafted in a way to encourage capital spending. Furthermore, there are plenty of examples of supply side driven growth. As I mentioned before GATT & NAFTA were just big corporate tax breaks, but fueled economic growth. The widespread adoption of Windows Desktops also fueled by supply side expansion. Clinton's economic growth & policy was supply side based, confirmed by no less than Art Laffer. Just because you don't like supply side economic policies, hate the rich or whatever else is driving you're subjective feelings about supply side doesn't mean these policies don't objectively work.
