Wait.....Israel isn't taking advantage of the United States? Why aren't they paying us back? And what about Europe.....are they allies? Why are we cozying up to Russia and turning on them. They're our allies, right?

These conflicting viewpoints simply illustrate the mental gymnastics needed to explain these foreign policy discrepancies.

Obama didn't "ignore" the first invasion. In hindsight, it was taken less seriously than it should have been, but the Obama administration DID offer support to Ukraine even back then.

There wasn't an acknowledgment that Russia was the aggressor in the first place. Trump and his minions have been making that very clear. In the first "deal" negotiated (without the input of Ukraine, mind you)......Ukraine was actually supposed to pay Russia REPARATIONS for the death of their soldiers.

Seems pretty clear that Zelensky is open to negotiations, but as of yet, there haven't been any indications that Ukraine or the European countries have been included in those negotiations. Exactly how do you expect to negotiate when a sweetheart deal is made WITH THE AGGRESSOR country and zero input yourself? That's not a negotiation it's an extortion. Trump is weakening the United States both domestically and on a worldwide stage while doing Putin's dirty work for him. It's absolutely wild.

The left has been screaming that Trump is Putin's **** boy since he announced he was running as a Republican. The left feels betrayed and they have done, will do anything they can to smear Trump now until the end of time. They have tried to put him in prison. Tried to kill him. Tried to make him look like a ****** and none of you lefties thought anything about him until he said he was running as a republican.

Over $600 committed through 2016 with another $800+ million in appropriations. I'm confused are you saying that we haven't supported Ukraine enough.....or we've supported them too much?

I don't see it that way. To me, he is attempting to take the path of least resistance that will benefit America as well. Dumping billions and billions of dollars into Ukraine along with American weapons does nothing positive for American. Keeping us teetering on the brink of war with Russia is a no win for anyone.

I don't get how people can sit around and take it personal that Trump wants a better America, peace around the world, better trade deals and ultimately better prices overall.

Why don't people take inflation personal, military tension with nuclear capable nations, sending tax payer dollars elsewhere when it can be used here, no accountability for government spending?

I know, he doesn't take shit from the left or anyone else so he must be Hitler.

We are not at War with Russia. Russia is not our enemy. Pumping money and military into Ukraine does not make Russia our enemy, it makes us stupid. If Russia is OUR enemy then why are we not at war with them. Why is NATO not fighting them as well?

We are at war with Russia when Russia waged war against a non-Communist ally.
We get it: Trump says "Russia good; Zelenskyy bad", so you parrot the sentiment with gusto.

**** the eggs, they are not necessary to sustain life and they are not $7.50 everywhere. The U.S. average in Jan. 2025 was only $4.95 a dozen. There are lower priced eggs and nobody is being forced to spend more money when there ARE other options. This is a bird flu induced problem, not a government problem.

Ahhhh, "**** the eggs" was NOT the phrase screamed when they were $3.75 a dozen under Biden, but they are suddenly a non-issue when they go to double that under Trump.

Oh I absolutely believe we've given them to much...but you batching about Trump not doing right and giving Obama a pass for doing fck all says volumes about your position...

Hell what did biden do besides funding them...I don't recall him making any real attempt at brokering peace...but he's got the correct letter behind his name
