So some guy sitting on his couch with a jar of mayonnaise for a pillow has reversed the decision reached by the court?
What firm does he work for, and why hasn't there been any news of the change in decision?
Wouldn't Trump and FoixNews be singing from the rooftops?

Can you link to the paperwork on the convictions being overturned? Maybe a pdf or even the hearing number?

The 2-year budget is $4.2 billion and they treated 325,000 acres in the 2024 fiscal year.
"The U.S. Forest Service successfully treated over 325,000 acres for forest health on national forests in California during the 2024 fiscal year. This includes over 72,000 acres of prescribed burning alone."

Would you like to wager that the budget was for more than just forest management?

But hey, at least we have $2 Trillion sunk into F-35s and will sink more even though we'll use them less and less.

The US Forest Service is not CAL FIRE. $4.2b is not CAL FIRE's 2 year budget. $4.2B is for the fiscal year which runs from July - June.
