I recently purchased a used pioneer avh-4200nex and the button cover is starting to come apart. Is there a way to reattach it? Or have to replace the entire screen? Plus it's stuck in camera mode and the buttons don't work nor does the screen. The reset button doesn't reset it back to factory so I could possibly get the radio working. It's in my 98 Chevy prizm if that possibly matters.

Usually, you can put them back on with hot glue. However, it sounds like you have something that needs a lot more attention than hot glue. You can buy replacement parts on eBay.

I figured out what the problem was I had to hold the mute button to get it out of the camera screen. The buttons and everything works now. I would use hot glue to readhere the button cover?

That's a quick and easy fix.
If depends on exactly what you are trying to glue. Hot glue will not interfere with any electronics. CA glue can get a little too messy.
