This was originally winkychevelle's post 3 years ago. Sorry I have not been here in a while. I am interested in the 2510, although I have seen numerous times that it is not in production any longer. I do believe, however, there is at least ONE out there, new, unsold, in a warehouse somewhere. Perhaps even at a dealer. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Digital designs is pretty cool if you talk to them. I had a little bit of a relationship with them for a short period designing some boxes for their customers. If you talk to DD, then they may direct you to someone who may have some. Maybe worth a shot. DD has dealers and stuff, and they might know if any of their dealers or any of their affiliates or anything might have one of those. I used to have a 3510, used to design and build boxes for a good bit of DD stuff and install them, so I get it, good subs.

I'm not sure 100% sure but I would think about 1.25 to 1.5 if theyre anything like the models after like a 1500 series and 2500 and all that. 2003 was a little early for me.

I'll tell you how I see it. DD recommended the same box stats like you showed here I think for 10 or 15 years straight. Only more in the recent years have they changed their suspension package. So DD you know used to have some really stiff suspensions on them and really high FS's compared to the woofers today they have, at least the general design of those times, but today they have a little softer suspensions, and I think you can do smaller boxes and it's lowered the Fs of the woofer. So it seems like that 1.25 to 1.5 would work would work for their older subs because it was just the blanket sort of design theory they had for most of their subs outside of maybe the Z. Do it at your own risk but that's the best I have. You can always just email DD and see.
