Tru Dat!!! IIRC, (part of) Rob's job is to force people to repay ill gotten gov't funds. How many NFL teams were forced into the 2 minute offense this weekend? The prosecution was forced to drop the 2nd degree manslaughter charges against Daniel Penny a few days ago. I was forced to attend two meetings today.

I posted the definition of Force and it clearly doesn't require physical threat or restraint. For example, I am forced to clean up the leaves in the front yard this weekend by societal norms, etiquette, etc.

I can't force them to do anything.
If they choose not to, there are consequences. They are free to choose the consequences if they don't want to pay.

Pissed off neighbors/friends, everybody starts ignoring their yards and home values drop, somebody says something to the wife and she gets bent out of shape, pride (or more accurately damage to my pride), etc, etc, etc. Doesn't have to be physical force.

Even with the simple example of paying $100,000 to reduce expenses by $2,000,000 you simply can't grasp the concept.
If I descended to your level, I'd have to deliver pizzas. Except I'd buy a beater subcompact car for $1500 so I could save $300 a week in gas plus wear and tear on my truck.

You think after the video of the 6 Venezuelan gang members terrorizing Aurora residents went viral that the city would have cracked down on those MOFOs like nobody's business. First Aurora officials denied it was happening. Then when the video went viral, they decided to actually arrest these guys, but let them go on $25k bond. For comparison's sake, Daniel Penny had a $100k bond. And surprise surprise dude missed his court date. And I wonder why people overwhelmingly voted red. Unfortunately, Denver Metro has been Californicated, so we're still blue. If it weren't for family here, I'd be pretty tempted to GTFO!!!
