This is what happens when you have lawmakers that want this. Make your area unruly with mass chaos, and you gain more power and money by saying you're out to fight it. The people that voted for these idiots won't believe they were fooled, then believe everything these idiot lawmakers tell them. "It's Trumps fault!"
