Buying 2 new subs. JBL vs. Clarion vs. Pioneer vs. ???

I want to buy two new subs, for a ported box. I'm currently running a single TS-W307D4 12" pioneer, in a sealed box, and it doesn't give enough bass for me.

The amp I'll be using is a Pioneer GM-D7400M, 800W peak 400WRMS at 2ohms. So basically, my dual sub setup needs to be 2ohms, with 200W running each sub.

Currently my choice of subs to fit my budget (preferably under 250):

2x JBL GT5-12 12" - http://www.ryda.com.au/JBL-GT5-12-12-Subwoofer-p/gt512.htm

2x Clarion SW1251 700W 12" - http://www.ryda.com.au/Clarion-SW1251-700W-12-Subwoofer-p/sw1251.htm

(way over budget, due to new model release) 2x Pioneer TS-W308D2 12" 1400W - http://www.ryda.com.au/Pioneer-TS-W308D2-12-1400W-Subwoofer-2-Ohm-p/tsw308d2.htm

If these two subs will be in a ported box, 200WRMS at 2ohms each, what would you suggest I pick? Or would you have another brand/sub for my budget?
