Maybe. I think is a pretty strong "center dem" contingent (think Bill Maher or Joe Rogan) that would embrace RFK jr. I see a lot of these "lost dems" on podcasts; the far left tends to dismiss them as conservatives. For example, Joe Rogan is on record as saying he has voted staunchly D, yet "the left" often labels him as a neocon.
