They've intentionally gutted local police all over the nation to pretext sending in either UN troops or an AI police state. The govs intentionally made sure people think it's ok to do crime and be crazy in order to artificially create a widening problem of crime, so that way they can present the solution, which will be an AI police state. If you know what they want, what they're doing to get it makes perfect sense.

It's also the reason the border is wide open and they've let in radicals like radical Islam and the cartels and Chinese military age men. It's all designed by our own gov (really the UN) to hurt the American people as a whole nation, so the evil that runs us can maintain full control over us by using the evil they cause or allow for to be their excuse to do more evil to take control of your life. Same reason for pandemics- AI police state - lock you in your home and cities during WW3, because we are facing all the threats.

The end goal is to make life so miserable and hard outside that you wind up staying at home and hooking yourself up to the internet like Ready Player One meets the Matrix (DARPA brain machine interface, vaccine/nanoparticle wireless comms technology, brain chips and smart technology, Internet of Bodies).

In your particular scenario I would be justified to shoot people. Do you think Walmart is going arm guards with AR-15s and tell them to start shooting? A flash mob robbery doesn't rise to the level of using lethal force or really any sort of force in many states. I'm no fan of facial recognition, but how else are they going to stop these flash mobs???
