IMHO, the system(s) are abysmal because of everybody/both sides. Conservatives did what they could to drain money from the public education system. OTOH, the liberals used the public education system to push agendas and feminize boys who knew no better and didn't have a father figure at home to counteract the feminization of our boys. The healthcare system is garbage because it's not a good industry to be ruled by profit motive, so we pay for lobbyist and over paid managers who add little to no value to the system. They've privatized as much of the military as possible, privatized the prison system, etc, etc, etc.
