People who think they can drive because they can start their vehicles.

#1. The blue light on the dash means your high beams are on and you are blinding people.
#2. Slow down for the corner. It is not ok to cross the double yellow into my lane!
#3. Safe following distance does not mean "safely tucked in on his tail".
#4. The blue hour. This is when human vision is the poorest. 1 hour before sunrise and one hour after sunset.
#5. Lights are to be turned on 30min before sunset and on for 30min after sunrise!!! Did no one teach you people!!
#6. If your wipers are on then you need to turn your lights on!
#7. High beams in the snow REDUCES your forward visibility. Likewise for rain.... and fog.

I am about to start a shitstorm at work. From day one I was ask why I clocked out for lunch and then was told by management that nobody clocks out for lunch there. So I stopped. Been this way for a year. Well we had an employee who recently quit and one of the reasons was another employee clocked him out for an hour then clocked him back in after the hour. I overheard this employees buddy bragging that so and so clocked this guy out for an hour to our boss. I let the guy know and he confronted them and spoke to the boss who put the hour back on his time. This was a week ago. Well, today, it was just me and the guy that clocked him out at the shop. I closed my laptop and went to lunch. When I went to clock out at the end of the day I saw that I was missing an hour. Seems like someone opened my laptop, clocked me out, saw me come back from lunch and before I got in the building, clocked me back in.

I spoke up and voiced myself and he played dumb, gave some excuses as to what may have happened. I went to talk to a supervisor and this employee followed behind and stood next to me while texting someone. So I just left. I called the store manager from the car and he said he just got a text from the other employee... that's odd, why did he feel the need to text the boss and tell him about it? By the way, this employee, his buddy and the boss are all friends. My boss said he will put the hour back on Monday for me. Monday will be a full day then because I am done with these guys... I am going straight to HR.

Update:

I don't work on the weekend but my boss does. I asked him to tell me what time I clocked in and out for lunch. He sends me a picture of my time showing I clocked in for work at 8:31am. I actually clocked in at 7:31am. I get to work 30 min early every day to unlock gates to the yard, move my work truck and get my paperwork together so I can leave when the store opens at 8:00am. Someone with access had to go in an change my time. H.R. is not going to be happy.

I was correct about being clocked out but that was just the straw that broke the camels back. I let HR know about everything going on behind the scenes but most of all the harassment I have put up with for the past year from mainly one tech. I have pretty thick skin but this guy never lets up. You know how there is always one guy who thinks he is above all others and thinks he can talk to anyone however he likes. Well, I don't think he will be there much longer after today. The boss has been called to a meeting this morning with his district manager and the head of HR. There is a ZERO tolerance harassment policy.

Bought an item on Amazon and the damn thing doesn't work. Now I have to take time out of my day to ship it back because though it gave the option to replace it with the exact same item as soon as I clicked that option Amazon said sorry, we can't offer a replacement at this time, please choose another option. Luckily UPS is at my job everyday and I can just print the return label at work.

I just filed mine. Federal is giving me a whole $32 and Kentucky, well I overpaid them $1.

I have so much coming out of my checks for HSA, Insurance (Health, Vision, Dental) 401K that I thought I would end up screwed, blued and tattooed.

Took the day off to get some personal stuff done and it is crappy weather. Flurries all over. BUT, on a positive note I got a phone call and was offered a management position complete with a benefits package and a decent salary. It's a step over and up so I think I will take it. On top of that it is 20min closer to my home.

Took a lil trip into town. Wanted some snacks and I wanted some chicken nuggets and a mocha frappe from McD's. So I got my snacks then drove over to the drive through. "Hello, will you be using the mobile app today?" No, let me get a ten piece chicken nugget with a large mocha frappe. "Ok I have a 10 piece and... oh... we are out of frappe's right now" How's that? "The machine is broken." I left.

I went to work yesterday and finished the first half of my day/route. Took lunch and got a call as I pulled into the lot at work. It was the company that offered me a store to run. Said they need me real bad to fill in for a couple of weeks doing a lesser job as the guy they have is sub-par. I said I can't just leave my job, I haven't given them a two week notice and I have lots to do still. He said "We spoke with the company owner, we will give you the full salary we discussed from day one but we need you here Monday".

I finished my after lunch route, walked in and turned in my keys so to speak. I felt bad for a few hours but I am all good now lol.
