RF Power 800a4 and Audio Control EQX

Hello, I have a Rockford Fosgate Power 800a4 and trying to use an Audio Control EQX Concert series processer. I have an Audio Control EQX Series 2 and an Audio Control EQX Concert series. The EQX Series 2 works fine but the EQX Concert series will not make a sound. I have hooked the EQX Concert series to 2 200a4's and a 400a4 and it works fine. Both work with the other 3 amps. The EQX Concert series will not work with the Power 800a4. Does anybody have any idea what might be going on.

Did you make sure to place the EQ switch to In rather than Bypass mode?

Did you purchase both EQs Bnew or USED?

I have tried it both ways. The concert series I bought new from Audio Control. Series 2 used. I had this amp and Concert series in another truck with a bd1000a1 and a 200a4. Also had a 6xs 3 way crossover concert series in that system.

This is in a 2015 F150 regular stereo and I'm using the front speakers for a signal. The EQX is hooked up speaker level. I put a cheezy line converter in and hooked both up line level and had the same results. No sound out of the Concert Series. I've bypassed all speaker wires one at a time to make sure a wire isn't pinched or something wrong and nothing changes.
