I have to agree with the 6th circuit, I don't see how the US Constitution guarantees minors access to gender-identity affirming care. On the plus side, the courts are now demonstrating the gov't can decide what care is or isn't appropriate for the population. IMHO this may lay the legal groundwork for socialized medicine.
