I have to agree with the 6th circuit, I don't see how the US Constitution guarantees minors access to gender-identity affirming care. On the plus side, the courts are now demonstrating the gov't can decide what care is or isn't appropriate for the population. IMHO this may lay the legal groundwork for socialized medicine.

The standard throughout the country is ~5th grade for *** ed. Legislation outside that norm is nothing more than political theater addressing a problem that doesn't really exist and probably doesn't require legislation to address.

Makes sense. All the gains that *** community have made over the years are being trampled by the TQ+ part of the movement. Women's spaces are being invaded by men who don't believe they are men.
