Wow, so there is enough damning evidence that Fox is willing to pursue a settlement. It looks like Dominion has a winning case - ie it's clear Fox reported news that it knew to be false thus committed defamation. So here's two schools of thought. Assuming Fox makes a decent offer, take the money and run. The other option is that since Dominion has a strong case, why settle? Go to trial and expose Fox for the liars that they are in hopes that journalist, FoxNews and other news organizations take note and return to reporting facts as opposed to what we have now.

I don't think so Joe. Too many/most of the GOP supports "extremely limited" access to abortion and virtually unlimited access to guns. One might say that would push centrist voters to vote DNC, but have you taken a look at the liberals lately Joe? It would be great to see a 3rd party emerge from the mess that is present day politics, but minority parties tend emerge from the fringes and extremes not the Center and currently the 2 major parties are the fringe extremist.
