WTF?!?!?!?!? A political group (a Think Tank no less) looking at facts and then changing their position to fit the facts rather than changing the facts to fit their position. Holy Shyt Ballz. Generally, Think Tanks spend their time thinking of ways to twist, distort, lie, dismiss and ignore the facts to fit a predetermined position giving no regard to other possibilities. I'm in utter shock. Perhaps there is hope for 'merica afterall.
