Gas stoves.... I have to point out the obvious here. Aren't the majority of high end stoves gas. Be it in the home or restaurants. Not to mention that newer gas stoves use electric to ignite the gas that doesn't flow until you turn the knob to IGNITE. So why all the fuss?
