My Aunt just paid this for gas in Kansas City (true story). She used all of her points from grocery shopping. I think $ .11 cents is cheaper then what she paid under Trump.

Looks like it depends on the crime. Overall crime is down. Murders, Rapes and Assaults are up. Seems like most of the rest are down. I don't see "white collar" crime, which I assume had to have jumped up with all the fleecing of covid relief funds.
