Less sad than the person who posts false info that represents their viewpoints and beliefs, especially in an age when due diligence is so friggin' easy.

Think about it. How many memes get tossed up here that are just patently false, yet get a thumbs-up from others? Memes that the user obviously believes, and that the thumbs-uppers obviously believe. Memes that can be proved false with a few seconds of research. Less time than it took to find and post the meme (or worse, MAKE it).

Yet, they get put up anyway. It's a sad commentary on those who believe, because they have the ability to affect our country and how it is run. Like putting a child in the driver's seat. Scary.

Seriously... everything that does not come out of a lefty's mouth must be argued, disproved, censored, discredited, canceled. I'd agree, except them you hear the "facts" contained in said memes repeated as facts.

For example, we've all seen plenty of memes accusing the FBI and/or DOJ doing the bidding of the Dems, being part of some deep state anti-Trump collation, etc. Then you hear people repeat, perhaps even people on here. Of course that narrative completely ignores the damage done by the FBI investigation to Hilary Clinton during the 2018 campaign.

As a matter of fact, I think I may start asking "is that a fact or is that a meme?"

It's not talking shit. I'm just curious as to what "justifies" these views. Is it memes, is it FoxNews, is there some basis in facts or is it rooted in fiction, etc. For example, lots of people claim the corona virus was man made. In that particular case, one can make a reasonable claim that it was/could be man made and back that with facts, so you won't see me argue the point. OTOH, there a people who claim the vax is deadlier than covid, but there are absolutely no facts to support that position, so I treat that differently.

I would hope that my fellow voting Americans are casting their votes based on facts, some sort of analysis of the issues, etc. I hope that Americans aren't voting based on interwebz memes, what a bunch of incredibly biased twitter accounts are saying and retweeting, etc. I know, I'm on the losing end of this one, but I can always hold out hope.

Did Trump allow the virus to escape the lab?

No? Then I am not going to blame Trump for a virus that came to this country and caused many lock-downs leading to lost jobs. The VIRUS is the only thing that affected Trumps presidency negatively and that was at the end and all you little fuckers cling to that shit and put any and everything that was caused by the virus on his shoulders. All that virus did was reinforce the hatred the left gave you for Trump. The only way you sheep know anything is good or decent is if the left tell you to think that way.

Well, EVERYONE in America was doing better when gas was under $3 a gallon (Trump) Food cost less (Trump) Rent was cheaper (Trump) Inflation was lower (Trump) We were energy independent (Trump).

I made less money but had more to show for it and was able to buy more with that money. Which means I was better off.

$15 an hour with gas that cost $3.79 a gallon
OR
$15 an hour with gas that cost $1.89 a gallon

The left will tell you that the first option is better because they brought down gas from near $5.00 a gallon. Sadly, they are fooling people.

Other than being humorous they sure get a rise out of people don't they. Who cares what the motivation is for a meme. If you can't see the humor in them or just see them for what they are then maybe you need to step back and reevaluate things in your life. If you are letting a meme someone posted make you post insults and arguments then you need to sit down because you have gotten way to emotional over a meme.
