It's not talking shit. I'm just curious as to what "justifies" these views. Is it memes, is it FoxNews, is there some basis in facts or is it rooted in fiction, etc. For example, lots of people claim the corona virus was man made. In that particular case, one can make a reasonable claim that it was/could be man made and back that with facts, so you won't see me argue the point. OTOH, there a people who claim the vax is deadlier than covid, but there are absolutely no facts to support that position, so I treat that differently.
I would hope that my fellow voting Americans are casting their votes based on facts, some sort of analysis of the issues, etc. I hope that Americans aren't voting based on interwebz memes, what a bunch of incredibly biased twitter accounts are saying and retweeting, etc. I know, I'm on the losing end of this one, but I can always hold out hope.
