‘However, because the drone continued to circle over the island, soldiers fired "defensive shots" at the drone to drive it away. The UAV then flew away in the direction of Xiamen at 6 p.m. and the KDC will "continue to maintain vigilance and closely monitor the situation," the statement read.’

The real pressing question from that trial is why didn't the state prosecutor press charges against Gaige Grosskreutz for being a felon in possession of a firearm? Aggravated assault with a firearm? or any other number of possible charges that could have been filed against him??

I mean, especially when you consider the multiple assaults AGAINT Kyle Rittenhouse were the only ACTUAL crimes happening in that entire situation!!!!
They pressed charges, but the charges were dropped, which is a BS move in my opinion if he was guilty.

Court testimony is that he is/was a paramedic, had a concealed carry permit (expired), drew from the small of his back (yuck) only after Kyle shot Huber, and raised his hands while Kyle re-racked. Not sure how he had a permit with the felony or how long it was expired.
What's the full story behind this guy?

"Video evidence shows Grosskreutz stopping and raising his hands, his pistol pointing in the air. Grosskreutz testified that he saw Rittenhouse re-rack his rifle to load a new round into the chamber.
"In that moment, I felt that I had to do something to try to prevent myself from being killed or being shot," Grosskreutz testified. "I decided the best course of action would be to close the distance between the defendant and I, and from there, I don't know ... wrestling the gun, detaining the defendant, I don't know ... I do know that I was never trying to kill the defendant."

"Grosskreutz, a paramedic from Milwaukee, had attended dozens of Black Lives Matter demonstrations that summer, acting as a medic and legal observer. He carried medical supplies, made livestreams of the events and wore a hat that read "paramedic."

Could this just be a cover story for someone who was part of the destruction of the riots, or could he have been a Good Samaritan like Kyle and two good guys ended up facing off?

Listen stupid, you are the one geared up and all high strung ready to argue. "Triggered" is a stupid phrase you are using to elicit more arguing. I don't give a fuck, why is that hard for you to understand? Is it your autism combined with ocd that won't let you drop shit? Do you have to argue until EVERYONE stops or your nose will itch for a week? I don't care because neither you or I will have any effect on the happenings of the past. You drag arguments on far too long. This argument should have been over the same day but you have to keep nagging and nagging and forcing your argument past any point of effectiveness. When you force your argument on as long as you do your credibility is gone, way gone. Make your point, say your god damn peace and move the fuck on. Jesus Christ.

You've told us enough times that you don't give a fvck, yet you obviously cannot prevent yourself from hammering away on your keyboard. That means you DO "give a fvck".

Walk the walk, tough guy. Show us how little of a fvck you give by not posting in this discussion any more. Should be easy for someone who gives no fvcks, right?
Go somewhere else and post lies that you then try to cover with more lies. You're not fooling anyone here.
Walk the walk.

Or you could stop being a woman and dragging shit on and beating a dead horse. Your view will always be different on this topic. Is it not obvious to you? It's literally like saying "did not, did too, did not, did too" for three fucking days now.

Here you are, still not giving a fvck.
Convincing demonstration.

He won't see it. His inbreeding has made his brain soft.
Sorry, I don't "because I said so" like your mommy and daddy always must have done for you.
I don't accept lies either, or lies that are used to back up lies, like the bullshit you offer.

Stop giving a fvck, and leave this conversation that you obviously hate.

It's not a matter of I said...look at the police response to every prior riot...even an idiot would've known what to expect...

Exactly, I do not care. That doesn't mean I am going to just leave because you want me to. I am curious why you are still arguing this Kyle/Kenosha thing. Did you not make your point... a point? Is it because someone else has a point/opinions that you are still arguing? Do you feel the need to shut their views down because they are different views than the one you have chosen?

Do you really think I am from a generation where my parents gave me everything and I never had to work for the things I wanted? Is it because your parents were brother and sister that you act like this?

Well, under Wisconsin law one of them was in LEGAL possession of the firearm and the other one wasn't.

Under Gaige's very own testimony he said Kyle fired his rifle after he himself pointed his hand gun at him.

This is all the clearest, most cut case of self defense ever and should have never been brought to trial.

Everything that happens leading up to a case that can be used in trial will be. “What was his state of mind three days before? How did he feel about the shooting prior to the riots? Did he ever attend any vigilante rally” etc. etc. etc. They tear shit apart, and you know it. Hell, his lawyers tried to fight extradition for the trial, and every other headline was about the “Illinois teen” who drove to Wisconsin and ended up killing two people.

A lot of hullabaloo for something that has nothing at all to do with a case?

Yeah, great for the media. Didn't sway the jury. Just because they put it under the microscope doesn't mean it matters. Just like Kyle's attorney's extradition fight was a bunch of BS too.

Why is that there is always this omission of context to make Kyle look bad? Did Kyle live over the State line, sure. But in full context he lived Antioch (population 15k), which is right on the border and Kenosha was only 30 minutes away and the nearest "real" city to Kyle. But for some reason Kyle is bad guy for driving across statelines. If he stays Illinios and instead drives to Chicago and shoots people in self-defense, no big deal? No precedent?

The above makes it rather dubious that his travel meant nothing to the case or trial, no? I did not watch the trial, so I would have to ask if it was brought up at all that he was from another state.
I think Jimi watched it. Maybe when he’s online again (in Ireland?) he can share that info.

Headlines can mean plenty legally. Ever heard of a sequestered jury? Did you know they ask potential jurors what they’ve seen or heard about a case? Did you know that mistrials or calls for a new trial can happen from jurors getting info that can sway their decision?
Headlines can mean a lot more legally than “fvckall”.

Didn't watch trial, just saw the videos and read the news. Look up Antioch on map, looks like you can walk across the border. I'd guess it's pretty common that most guys from Antioch went to their first strip club, night club, etc in Kenosha. No different than me meeting alot of people from Wyoming in Denver. The fact that Kyle crossed a border was grasping at straws.

Troof

I work 30min away from my house. Every store I want to go to is 30 min away as well. Sometimes ya gotta drive.

Yes. Gaige also had the drop on Kyle and could have shot HIM in self defense. Good guy vs good guy.
