It's like these guys haven't bothered to read any of the coverage or watch the videos on the incident before commenting. The whole thing started with Kyle and Co cleaning up graffiti and speaking to a car lot owner whose inventory was getting torched, damaged, destroyed.

If a teenager goes and plays cop at another protest and kills people then they will bring up this case if the kid gets prosecuted. Maybe precedent was the wrong word to use.

Rosenbaum can't testify as to what happened that night. If you want to take a 17 year old wanna be cops word for it then so be it. I do know that a guy with deodorant and underwear in a plastic bag got shot four times that night. And the guy who shot him who was there to render aid never tried to help him. The rest of the crowd tried to stop the bleeding while the shooter called his friend and fled the scene. Then the shooter tripped himself and then shot and killed another guy who hit him with a skateboard. Then the shooter fled the scene again and went home. That much I do know.
