Because you always seem to have a reason for someone else not to have one...He was legal due to a mistake in the law. What makes you think I don’t like guns? I carry one every time I walk out of my house.

“How the facts lined out”.That's not how the facts lined out...so no it has nothing to do with Rittenhouse...
I’m interested in where you came up with that theory. It certainly isn’t from anything I’ve posted.Because you always seem to have a reason for someone else not to have one...
The first chased him after previously threatening his life...the video shows Kyle was trying to flee the situation but was pursued...“How the facts lined out”.
Which of the three presented an immediate threat to Kyle’s life?
Just now,..it was a mistake that he was legal to carry...I’m interested in where you came up with that theory. It certainly isn’t from anything I’ve posted.
If you think it is, I’d like to see the post.
Kyle should not have been there. The history of the people who died has zero relevance to the big picture. Of course, you don’t think in the big picture. You just want Kyle to be a hero, and you’ll deny anything that shows otherwise.
And you’ll do it without having been an eyewitness, which is really weird since you demand to see a **** happen before you’d believe it happened. You know, “because people lie”.
You didn’t answer them.
And they actually very well could. A rioter could have felt threatened and figured “if I’m going out, I’ll fight like hell”. Rittenhouse takes it as an attack and fights a shopping bag with a gun.
“our job is to protect this business, and part of my job is also to help people," -Rittenhouse
Who hired him for this “job”?
Which of the three shot presented an immediate and direct threat to Kyle’s life?
And in all honesty 2 things need to happen with ev freight hualing...the trucks need to able to reliably hit 1 mil on the odometer and the charge time needs to be in the 10-20 mark...once those obstacles are cleared everything else could be worked to some extent...
Here’s a hypothetical to ponder: Person goes somewhere armed. His presence and actions are taken as a threat to the safety of the people there (i.e. It looks like he’s there to start shit). Someone sees this and says “if I’m going out, I’m going to at least TRY to stop this mo-fo” and they go after him.
He shoots and kills the person. Self defense?
Now, try it again as a crazy hypothetical: The guy goes into a school armed and takes hostages. Never threatens to kill, never points the gun at anyone. Teacher pulls gun and aims; hostage-taker draws, fires, kills teacher. Self defense?
He retreated from the pistol, as he should have done under Wisconsin law. He also retreated under the threat of injury from Rosenbaum, as he should have under Wisconsin law.My god you guys love taking things out of context. During the first attack on Kyle, he was confronted by another protester armed with a pistol and began retreating when charged by Rosenbaum who had already threatened to kill him twice before that night. Now the smart thing for Kyle to do would have been leave earlier that night when he initially threatened, but he was under no obligation to leave. I don't know about you, but faced with one armed protester and a man who threatened to kill me chasing me down from behind, I can certainly see why Kyle felt threatened. The only difference between Kyle and I, is I would have never turned and ran, I would have held my ground and dropped Rosenbaum earlier, but I'm the beneficiary of combat training.
Huber hit Rittenhouse over the head with a skateboard. Grosskreutz testified that he was pointing his Glock at Rittenhouse when he was shot.
Did you guys bother to read the testimony or watch the videos before joining the fray here? Ironically, I'm sure you and Bobby can see that Pence & Pelosi's lives were in danger when rioters entered the capital. Yet for some reason Rittenhouse in the middle of riot being chased, assaulted and having a gun pointed at him had no reason to believe his life was in danger. If Rittenhouse ever lost control of that rifle, I have little doubt that he would have take the beating of a lifetime if not a life ending beatdown. Gentlemen, please don't let your politics blind you to the facts.
Long ago when the incident first happened, it was discussed at length in this forum. The way some spoke of him, you would think Kyle should get a Medal of Honor. When has anybody on here suggested that Kyle should have been there? When has anybody on here suggested Kyle is some sort of hero?
I think you misread the second hypothetical. I said the hostage taker did nothing overtly threatening, and the teacher decided to draw and attempt to fire. Not sure why, but I'll bite. Yeah, it would probably be self defense unless he did something overtly provoking. Doesn't apply in this case, because Rosenbaum is the one that initiated death threats and Kyle was the one running from the situation with Rosenbaum in pursuit. Keep in mind testimony indicates that Rosenbaum said "I catch any of you guys alone tonight, I'm going to ******* kill you" and he caught Kyle by himself (yet another stupid mistake on Kyle's part).
Clearly not self-defense, the hostage taker has done something overtly threatening.
