Again if you feel a 17yo kid should make perfect choices in that kind of situation...I stand by my statement wholeheartedly...

You think I'm lying about the life threatening situations still? If he was sane enough to call his friend then he was sane enough to call the police. If he had all that training with the police then he knew what the right thing to do was. Instead he chose to go home and have a sandwich.

Yep cause 17yo kids always make amazing decisions in the best of situations...

I don't care about your proof...the fact you think a kid should be able to make perfect decisions under duress speaks volumes...

Perfect would be staying at the scene of the first shooting. Second would be staying at the scene of the second and third shooting. Third would be telling the police what he did before he went home. I never once said perfect. You did.

You don't have to say perfect when every choice he should've made would've been...you have unbelievably high standards when your "team" doesn't like someone...

Telling the police that you just shot three people isn't exactly asking for him to go out of his way to do the right thing. He was a great kid, right? Covering up graffiti, CPR trained, and learning from the police tells me that he should've known what to do. Instead he called his friend and bragged about shooting someone and fled the scene. I'm sure he went home and had a sandwich and slept like a baby. Good for him. He had plenty of chances to do the right thing and missed every one of them. That's just my opinion. Have you ever been in any life threatening situations? You backed off real quick from not believing me.

He literally tried to tell the police...there's video showing him approaching them...and under oath he stated he was turning himself in ffs...but I guess since there's no DNA evidence to back it up...it's all fake news...

I think he should've stayed at the scene of the first shooting and called the police. Even if he had to hide in that business. He had an AR - 15 if he needed to protect himself again. How can you justify him calling his friend after the shooting and not the police? The second shooting would've never happened if he stayed at the scene of the first shooting or if he wouldn't have tripped himself while fleeing the scene of the shooting. IMO

The whole reason he (and many others were there) is the police were letting the "protesters" run rampant. Should he have immediately called the police, sure, but it's understandable as to why he didn't and it certainly doesn't make him guilty of murder.

'"So after that was inserted and the swelling went down, I’m able to open up the front and back door of my house. I can walk up to people and have them tap their phone to my hand and instantly transfer my contact information in my portfolio, my Covid vaccine card," he said.'

'He did all of it without having to even consult a doctor.'
