And legally in this state he should have also been charged as when you fill out a firearms form you must put down if you are buying it for someone else. Said buyer didn't which got him charged but also should have had Rittenhouse charged for doing a straw purchase as well. I live in WI and buy guns & have to put down all that information when filling out the state and federal forms.

Put it this way...whenever I sell a firearm (and this isn't state law but how I do any sale of anything) I have two papers filled out not only with my name,date of sale, the serial number of said gun, type of gun, any accessories going with it like say ammo I no longer need, the amount of ammo, scopes, mounts and any mod I did to said gun. But also my name, address and buyers address, name and what not. I sign it and they sign it. They refuse I walk away. That way I am legally covered if said seller sells it one day to someone else and that idiot goes out and commits a crime I am then legally covered as I sold it to someone else on that date long before that.

Either way he was found not guilty on the charges they were allowed to pursue. As far as the other guy goes I am not sure what happened to him legally. That entire case went away in the news media around here.

The prosecution was horrible and every said it. The people were trying to stop him because he just shot somebody and was trying to leave the scene. His unathletic asss couldn't run and fell which led to the second shooting. The kid got lucky to get away with killing two people IMO.

Have you ever been married? Have you ever owned your own business? You don't know how I was raised or what I have been through in my life. You can judge me all you want. You wouldn't last 5 minutes in my World.

Married, nope, never been dumb enough to say yes. I have been ask 3 times.

Own my own business? Sure did. It did well but was not fulfilling to me so I closed it.

You misspoke... I don't care how you were raised.

Watch the fbi drones footage....what you think you know about it doesn't match the footage...unless of course you think the fbi drone is fake news 🤣🤣🤣

I agree, Rittenhouse should have been busted for the straw man purchase. IMHO, they really need to crack down on some of these issues.

You like to throw that failure word around. I'm far from a failure. I've accomplished more in my life then you can even dream of doing. When you say shitt like that you are judging someone. You're reminding me of Bucko now. I thought we were cool but apparently we aren't.

I watched the footage. IMO the crowd was chasing him after he shot the first guy to hold him for the police. It looked like he was trying to leave the scene when he should've waited for the police after he shot that guy. If he wouldn't have tripped himself then the second guy would've never been killed IMO. There was a lot of mistakes made that night by everybody involved. Including the police.
