I have plenty of concept and I know what the phrase originally meant.
Trump went whole hog once it was obvious he had totally blown it. But it was too late. His sycophants followed and too many are still on the path that he departed.

I'm talking the before that...there was evidence covid had been here since the November before but the first official case was in January in seattle...I remember that because flew back to buried my friend about a week after it was annouced...

I met a doctor from Aspen who swore he caught it from a Chinese patient in November. I was referring to the fact that once the shyt did hit the fan (ie global lockdown), we had a pretty good idea of what Covid was all about.

The Lord Trump will not lose. He is our savior and has promised us the KungFlu will go away and the HomoPox will follow. Trump declared a national emergency and travel bans 2 days after WHO declared pandemic. 6 days after WHO declared the pandemic, Trump was lobbying Congress for financial aid programs. Congress pushes the CARES act thru 2 weeks after WHO declared a pandemic and Trump signed it the next day.
