Cool so when they decide to make a trial of it, and they should, where should the trial be held so that no jury members are familiar with the case so that he can receive a fair trial? You know, since any and all evidence will apparently just be public knowledge before the trial and everyone will be able to form a bias before any said trial... should be easy to get a mistrial. But the litigation should keep him busy long enough to not allow him to run for the White House again. I am sure this is all just right wing conspiracy theory bullshit though.

I'm pretty sure that is all conspiracy theory BS. They've sat plenty of juries in high profile cases. There's no way this goes court, except maybe an impeachment proceeding. Of course that would be a sham like the last one, where they weren't allowed to call witnesses.
