Great Reset 🤡

'The WEF is not alone in seeing an almost criminal culpability in anyone who owns a vehicle for private use.

As Breitbart News reported, the International Energy Agency (IEA) has directed global governments to urgently cut oil supply to domestic consumers and encourage compliance with its call for lowered consumption by “nudging” people out of their private cars.'

How does video evidence change the fact that it's he said/she said? She likes it rough, it was role playing, she wanted to do it in public. Even if you witnessed it in person, she could be one hell of an actress, maybe setting the guy up for some reason, etc. Can you ever really be sure a **** occurred???.
“Women lie about it all the time”, and he could never convict or believe because of that. If it was his daughter, he would have to assume she is lying.

He totally set himself up for a fall with that line of reasoning…

There was a lot of stuff in Tyson's case that was a bit "off"...I wouldn't say I'm 100% convinced he actually ***** her, he was convicted though...I was just showing that the examples you use were more then just words...there was supporting evidence....

Did you see videos in any of the cases that I stated? Was there any DNA evidence or pictures? Maybe they had a lot of words and that was good enough to convict them. Thxone wants video proof of the **** or it never happened. What gives?

They also handle civil court cases, which are often not decided by applying federal law and do not involve criminal law.
Roe v Wade made it a COTUS issue by applying the right to privacy to an act done by a person to their own body. Thomas is a conservative and the conservatives apply their religious dogma to the decision. Overturning Roe v. Wade was in effect saying "we will make this a non-COTUS issue so the religious right-leaning states can outlaw it and their god will be happy". In essence, the decision says a state can decide whether we have a right to privacy or not, depending on who runs the state.
Good stuff.

The facts about fetal cells being "used to make the COVID vaccine". Did you miss that grand screwup?
The right to privacy is an implied right gathered from the protections of other stated rights for the individual...the constitution and correlating documents explicitly outline what the federal government can choose to have control over, anything outside whats granted to the fed falls to the state...nowhere does it allow the fed to approve or disapprove of any medical procedure...hence that is a state level issue...abortion isn't outlawed by the federal govt...it's the choice of communities in the state to vote decide what restrictions to have or if they want none...and there is no right to a medical procedure...there's a booming industry of medical tourism to recieve treatments not allowed in the u.s....the Bahamas is a prime beneficiary of those tourist...

In none of those cases was it strictly one woman's word...there was other evidence to back up the claim...

The right to privacy is constitutionally protected. Choosing what to do with your own body falls under that right to privacy.

Tell the judges they are not allowed to have surgery to remove a benign tumor. Tell them they can’t have surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. Tell them they are not allowed to take viagra so they can bang their favorite hooker.
Tell them the state has decided because these things are not an issue of personal privacy.
You can be damn sure they’ll fight it tooth and nail.

Fetal cell lines were used in the development of the vaccine...they aren't in the vaccine itself...but to claim they played no role is disingenuous at best...
To claim they play a role in the current use is grasping at straws to appease the religious right.
It’s like replacing every part of a boat and then saying it’s “original”.
Better yet, it’s like saying you are still composed of the cells that were the sperm and egg that became you.
Ludicrous thinking.

I never said that was right either...but fetal cells were used in the development...so denying they had a role is no different then somebody who claims fetal cells are in the vaccine...
