Really, they only do it in private? People get ***** in public all the time, there is video evidence of such acts. Do you think all **** is only of children by sneaky uncles or something?

How does video evidence change the fact that it's he said/she said? She likes it rough, it was role playing, she wanted to do it in public. Even if you witnessed it in person, she could be one hell of an actress, maybe setting the guy up for some reason, etc. Can you ever really be sure a **** occurred???.

The US President has enormous power over other nations and their policies, due to things like NATO and the petrodollar. The US’s actions sway the entire world, due to alliances with allies and our currency being used so much in trading.

So because our currency is weakening (aka inflation) other nations have ti pay more for stuff???

What you do is called "being selective". It's the same as you thinking the government is all-seeing, all-knowing, all-controlling, yet in the same breath arguing the government is totally inept.

You can't have it both ways. If the POTUS controls the world, then Trump had the resources to prove his allegations. But he couldn't.

So, which is it? POTUS is all-powerful, or not?

That is why if I was on a jury I could only comment on what I saw. Did this man enter this woman sexually? Yes. Did he **** her? No idea.

When a judge makes decisions based on "facts" that have been widely and publicly disproved, that judge is an idiot, no matter how smart they are or seem to be.
And now he's hoping to use Roe v. Wade as a gateway to start reconsidering the rights of homosexuals. He hasn't said anything about reconsidering the right of a black to marry a white, though.

A Supreme Court Justice's only duty is deciding if something constitutional or not...the constitution explicitly outlines what the federal government has power over, everything else is a state level issue...abortion and gay marriage (marriage of any kind for that matter) isn't in the federal purview...

They also handle civil court cases, which are often not decided by applying federal law and do not involve criminal law.
Roe v Wade made it a COTUS issue by applying the right to privacy to an act done by a person to their own body. Thomas is a conservative and the conservatives apply their religious dogma to the decision. Overturning Roe v. Wade was in effect saying "we will make this a non-COTUS issue so the religious right-leaning states can outlaw it and their god will be happy". In essence, the decision says a state can decide whether we have a right to privacy or not, depending on who runs the state.
