We have no definitive proof on epstein but looking a maxwell's trial...there was a lot there...
Washington had a witness (her chauffeur) somewhat back her claims by saying she was incredibly distressed that night after leaving tyson...plus a medical exam confirming that rough penetrative set had occurred...none of that alone is air tight but does add up to more the just her word...

Tyson lost because he had horrible defense. His defense attorney practically did the prosecutions job for them.
