You answered with a bunch of nonsense. I would need to see it happen. How many times do you need to hear it? I have answered it many times and you get all emotional and make statements about things I never said.

If I see a man hit a baseball with a bat 450ft then I believe he hit the ball 450ft.
If a man tells me he just hit a ball with a bat 450ft and I didn't see it then he could just simply be lying.

That doubt is enough for me to say no.

This is how it works in court. You need proof.

If I am in site of the **** then I can see it. It happened.
If there is video evidence of a **** then I can see it. It happened.
If the ****** freely admits under no duress that he *****. It could have happened.
