14th Amendment. It protects the right to privacy.
The right to privacy is supposed to prevent the government from deciding what we do or do not do with our own bodies.
The Federal government leaving the abortion decision up to individual states to decide opens the door to other laws making such decisions.
What happens when they make it illegal for us to choose to drink, or drink to excess? Illegal to smoke? Illegal to get a tattoo? Illegal to get a vasectomy or tubal ligation? How about body modification?

What level of control do you think the government should have over us?
YOU SUPPORT VACCINE MANDATES! TELL ME MORE ABOUT "YOUR BODY YOUR CHOICE"! It doesn't get more hypocritical than that!

You started with the right to privacy, then you pivoted to an inferred/assumed right to our own bodies and listed examples of personal choice. Is personal choice the same as privacy? Please explain.

Do you also promote **** and murder? "Your body, your choice", right? What's the difference? The more powerful being does what it wants to the less powerful being, right? The less powerful being doesn't have a say in what happens to its body, right? Be very specific if you respond (I've noticed you completely ignore people who make good points).

Vaccine mandates for employment? Sure do.
At-will employment means the employer sets the rules.

The right to privacy doesn’t mean preventing peeping Toms. It means you own your own body. The government should not control what you do with your body.
That doesn’t mean however, that there will be no repercussions if you do things with your body that infringes on other’s rights (which speaks both to the right to personal privacy, and your convoluted concept that abortion and **** are somehow analogous).

The “less powerful being” is 100% dependent on the more powerful being for survival, so YES, the more powerful being makes the decisions.
Like it or not, the ***** is a parasite living off a host. As such, the host calls the shots.
If you picked up a botfly or three while in the desert, would you be OK with the government deciding you cannot get rid of them until they mature and leave the body on their own?

You support vaccine mandates to be a part of society. You were very clear about that.

I do see a parallel between victims of any crime and abortion: just because you CAN harm them, doesn't make it ok.

In regards to the parasite-host comparison: that's disgusting and idiotic. Are people on life-support "parasites"? Young children? Those receiving government-assistance? Pets? No sane person thinks of offspring as parasites. I can't believe I have to dispute that.

I believe abortion should be illegal after the baby can survive outside the womb. There is no black-and-white cutoff when this occurs. Abortion is a medical procedure; delivery/c-section is a medical procedure. Why not deliver the baby, do everything medically possible to sustain it, and absolve the mother of all rights and responsibilities?

Nothing in the 14th gives the federal government purview over abortion, so it is a state issue...which means individuals have more impact by voting for things they want in their state/communities...just because of an individual may have have to travel for medical procedure doesn't mean they don't have an option or access...

Nobody has rights unless the babies do. We were all babies. The argument fundamentally makes no sense. There is no right to abortion. We live in a world full of retards from idiocracy, if people think abortion is a right. A baby’s body is its own entity. Calling a baby a parasite is purely Satanic and anti-human. What kind a demon world do we live in where babies, which are the entire future of our species, are considered parasites? That’s truly disgusting, and if you think that, go ahead and abort yourself. Nobody will miss you.

Pro-choice should mean the choice to conceive and the choice to raise, not the choice to kill.

Even more peaceful terrorism:

‘“Protesters threatened to break the AZ Senate entryway glass," Republican Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers tweeted, as members were in the middle of voting on a series of bills.

The situation escalated into a "hostage" situation as lawmakers were instructed not to exit the building, Republican Arizona State Senator Kelly Townsend said.’

Being employed is usually being a part of society. Living amongst others is usually being a part of society.

Interesting. So, you think it’s wrong for a ****** to decide what can be done with a woman’s body, yet right for legislature to tell that woman what can be done with her body?
Seems to me she gave consent to neither party.

People on life support are parasites. Good analogy, too. Do you think a family has the right to terminate life support?

I never suggested there shouldn’t be time limits on how late into the pregnancy an abortion should be allowed. But, your idea is a fantasy. Who bears the cost of this option you present? As it is, the people who are fighting the hardest to stop abortion are the ones who complain the loudest and do the least to take care of unwanted kids.
Can’t have it both ways.
