Except Federal Law makes it legal. That’s kind of how law works. Nothing is inherently “legal” or “illegal” unless/until a law is created concerning that particular thing.

Illegal as f*ck to attempt to mandate federal employees get "vaccinated" with either an experiment or prototype. Creating an EO on this is color of law, and in reality, it's a war crime of epic proportions. Subjects of an experiment must consent to the experiment and cannot be punished for refusing to participate in the experiment, or else party(ies) forcing experiment or creating real-life consequences for individuals or groups not participating the the experiment are guilty of Nazi level war crimes.

If I remember there is no law saying you have to get ANY medical procedure, medical experiment, drug, vaccine or other. What I also think there is not is a law saying private entities like businesses have to employ you if you do not follow their requirements... i.e. being vaccinated.

Yep. There is no law that says that about employment. Instead, the US Labor Law allows for at-will employment. At-will means they can terminate you at any time for any legal reason.
All states do it except Montana.

There are laws that mandate medical procedure and vaccination, but not experimentation.

It seems like Buck is saying employers can’t place conditions on their employees, but it’s hard to tell as he blurs lines between fantasy and reality often.

So speaking from a hospital experience and treating patients what we do here is Melatonin, Vitamin C, and Zinc. Not really sure on the studies as to why those supplements help but those are what we have given patients. Sleeping on your stomach is helpful, it prevents the congestion from settling deep down in your lower lungs. Mucus movement is good, congestion is not. Taking Mucinex expectorants steadily really helps with that along with plenty of fluids. The biggest concern we had with COVID patients is pulmonary embolisms (PE). I do cat scans and that is probably the biggest threat to COVID patients. Those are rare but I have seen my fare shared with COVID patients. That causes shortness of breath, chest pain, and low oxygen. If you are really concerned you can buy a pulse oximeter and monitor their oxygen saturation.
97 % and up is usually good, 95% could suggest some kind of respiratory problem. If you start getting into the low 90s I would think about getting some type of treatment really soon. Try to do some type of walking. Active, determined patients seem to recover the fastest. Get well soon.
