BP is in the energy sector. They are fossil fuel, but are branching into electric b/c it’s the future whether people like it or not.
Same with GM. I’m up over 200% on that one, which I did not expect.

So predictable, so if i get elected into office and i have investments in lets say "tires" (before i was elected in) and i pass a law to force the people to replace their tires every 200 miles so i can make money....there is nothing wrong with that and it is completely legal?

If you don’t sell first or disclose the conflict of interest, it MIGHT be illegal.
But it’s not insider trading.

If you are POTUS, own a business, and you force the government to spend taxpayer money at that business, is it legal?
