People on here call proof "Fake News". You are wasting your typing (breath) by stating facts. Even if you are quoting their own words they still won't believe you. Believe me, I've been there multiple times. Look at my negative rating. You have to really know how to pisss people of to accomplish that many dislikes.
I don't have any. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough?

The same people who voted on that placed antibiotics and vaccines on the same shortlist.
Lemme guess: you think they judged sanitation correctly, but are wrong about vaccines and antibiotics?

You're trying too hard man. Overuse of antibiotics has caused things to mutate to resist antibiotics. I can't take antibiotics anymore, because I had several dozen ear infections when I was younger, and taking antibiotics could severely injure me (it's a gut issue). I had to pay a lot of money to figure that out.

The biggest way to fight disease is sunlight and powering your body with the fundamental elements that your body needs to fuel itself.

Btw, natural immunity is more effective than vaccine immunity. The Delta variant was way worse than the originally bioweapon release, for sure, but many people have been vaccinated, and we're starting to see even more spikes in COVID, so it doesn't seem to be working.

Like very few people talk about Vitamin D as a disease preventative, or Vitamin C. Vitmanin C IV drips would help with COVID since COVID is a blood disorder or disease that causes hemoglobin from accepting oxygen, which mean you have to detoxify the blood/clean the blood, and Vit. C helps with that.

I barely have to try at all.
Your thoughts and beliefs/feelings/opinions are so inconsistent and jumbled, it's like shooting fish in a barrel.

Natural immunity doesn't do shlt when the invader kills you. Ever heard of the bubonic plague? polio? ebola?
If you natural immunity is so effective, why do simple antibiotics hurt you? Why did you have dozens of ear infections? Why have you spent a hundred grand of our money on doctors bills?

How do you get these vitamins?

I don't see how these two things equate.

Antibiotics also kill good bacteria, is why they hurt me. Well, there are plant-based antibiotics that I took that very good and worked well to help kill a bad bacteria over-growth that I had in my gut. I had to sit down and have a bunch of expensive testing done with various doctors and facilities to find this information out. I'm at risk of severe gut damage if I take anymore antibiotics, because I have had dozens and dozens of ear infections, which I was prescribed anti-biotics for (even as a very young toddler), and it helped wipe my good gut flora, so I wound up with severe gut disease from that, partially. I was actually told directly by doctors that taking antibiotics could kill me, actually. My gut disease is so bad that if I don't treat my gut correctly, the doctors said I could actually die. I'm at a high risk for a colostomy bag if I don't do exactly what my gut needs; that's how severe my gut situation is. I have trouble eating and keeping on weight. I was crapping blood and my intestines were rotting; imagine crapping and it smells like a dead animal just came out. It's not fun; I was very sick at that time. Couldn't really get out of bed. Going gluten free probably saved my life.

Many prescribed anti-biotics are overused, so nature has mutated to make many anti-biotics ineffective, which often means doctors prescribe even stronger antibiotics, and there's situations with people who've been on so many antibiotics that none of them work for the person to kill bad stuff in the body, and all they do is hurt the good bacteria in the gut. There's been news stories over time about antibiotics not working in treating things that they'd previously worked for. I do genuinely think antibiotics are too over-prescribed and should be used sparingly. If they're overused, all it does is make them less effective and make crazier bacteria and stuff that's harder to treat.

Is that a serious question? You just buy vitamins and minerals and whatever either in a store or online. There's many different types of vitamins and minerals, different formulas, some are liquids, some are capsules, etc. What you want is the products that have the most bio-availability (best absorption into the blood stream).

Studies have shown those supplements are basically useless and can even be harmful.

That's a whole lot of stuff for someone who says vaccines are useless or harmful, but whose own body can't handle antibiotics.
Lots of use of the word "gut" too. What is the ongoing gut disease you mention? Once a course of ABs are done, if you have problems, a proper diet should restore things to normal in a few months on average.

Antibiotics HAVE been overused. No argument there. Poor medical practice.
