Is this a common mistake? I was watching a YouTube video on a rear deck carpet removal and speaker install. The guy was installing a pair of BOSS 6x8's. He kept calling them BOSE audio speakers. I ask because I helped a guy a while back install some 6x9's and before I saw them HE was also calling them BOSE speakers. I'd hate to think one of the reasons people buy BOSS speakers is because they think they are BOSE.

The selling of this house is going to make me go crazy. WTF is a 70 year old crippled couple wanting to see a two story house for KNOWING it's also on a bit of property that needs upkeeping let alone not being able to go up stairs.... You can see all this info on the listing and pictures... But lets waste my time.

Get it show ready and after they see it say it's too much house and property for them to maintain.... No shit.

Two showings tomorrow. One at 10:30am and one at 1pm. Wouldn't you think you would make them both within 30 mins of each other...

I live in a town house
The guy across the street sold his place last month
They did one weekend of showings
On Monday they sat down and went through the offers, 20+ in one weekend
The the offer they took was $75,000 above asking.
As is with a 30 day closing
Its become so the asking price is just a starting point for the bidding war that you have enter blind
There are tear downs going for 2+ million so just for the land basically
Real estate agents are the new Lawyers.

Home inspection yesterday.... Roof failed inspection. Just replaced it 7 years ago and have had zero issues... "Install issue" Company who did roof is now out of business. So now $30k and roof is getting redone in 2 weeks.

Luckily the buyer has been understanding and didn't back out.
