That same lab in Manitoba is the only Canadian place to develop a vaccine for the virus even though the majority of the efforts were based out of the universities in Toronto and Montreal.
It's not that hard to read between the lines and figure out that that lab had Covid on hand.

There is no such thing as coincidence, so the fact that the only level 4 lab in China is in the same area the outbreak started?
