Anything over 20 or 25 years old is considered a classic car here in Nevada. I've seen 94' Suburbans running classic vehicle plates.

They can run classic plates in that state but in reality no it does not make them a "Classic Car". Wisconsin says 20 years as well but it must not have any modifications to it in order to qualify. And you can not run them in the month of January. Otherwise you go to a "Hobbyist Plate".

Around here; you can't go on highways with classic plates. Makes sense if you drive a model T but you definitely don't want that if you have a muscle car.
