Because he now has half of the United States believing that all news is "fake news". So, they only believe what comes out of Trumps mouth. It's exactly the same thing that a cult leader does. Manson, Hitler, Koresh, Jones, etc....

So... before work I was watching the impeachment and Trumps defense attorneys. Anybody catch it on FOX? Twas nice to see the defense show the democrats videos against the full videos they took the pieces from. It was nice to see the context that the democrats ignored. It's amazing how much more information and context you get by watching the original videos and not just a few choice phrases and words the left pulls out to twist out of context so people will dislike Trump. The thing is, now, smart people should be able to see for themselves the game of the left as they were shown what democrats videos showed as apposed to what the full videos showed and just how much democrats twisted them to create hate or blame or dislike. Childish.

Why is believing the news is fake a bad thing?

The American people should be able to at least trust one news source. And, we should be able to believe our scientists, Dr.'s and our military intelligence people. We shouldn't let one guy totally berate all of them. But, we should believe everything that comes out of his mouth as the Gospel. At least Barr finally resigned and said that all of Trumps election theories were quote, "Bullshiit"!
