As for the over all situation, my question is why is our government allowing this to continue, for months now? Our media calls it "mostly peaceful" while their journalist literally is standing in front of burning buildings and our politicians say ANTIFA is a "myth". Those people have blood on their hands. We are witnessing politically driven gunfights in our streets, what the holy ****.

I saw some picture of his mom there with a bunch of guns too... but that coulda easily been just some other idiot who looked like her. That might support why it's not necessarily illegal for him to have the gun at 17, but she was nowhere to be found while he was killing people.

I live in Northern Wisconsin and I can tell you right now that it is not Legal for a 17 year old to own a AR. He has to be 18 and has to be 21 to buy a handgun here. Some places won't even sell ammunition to anyone under the age of 21 regardless as it is dependent on the store policy and rightfully so. Also to even shoot a gun in this state after a certain year you have to have a hunters safety certificate to shoot at most firearm ranges. Some will demand proof of it before letting anyone under the age of 18 shoot even with their parents there. Once again private property.

What is scary is that all you need for a CCW here is said hunters safety certificate which is what 10-12 hours iirc? I have mine but I've also been through training classes including CQB when I was younger and still doing sport shooting competitions. They really need to make it a law that you attend a class for a few training sessions including at the range to show proper safety.

Weird how people can get a hold of a minors alleged criminal record.

The person in the video being hit... what's the context and prove to me that it was a girl.

This crowd that started a dumpster fire and were continuing to cause damage... they were what, just going to calmly restrain him and gently hold him there until police arrived... you know, these people they are protesting as they commit crimes. Like nothing they just did or were doing could put them in jail?

Let's say hypothetically his goal was to go to this place and if people tried to get out of hand, shoot them. If these "peaceful protestors" starting fires and breaking the law weren't there to begin with, I wonder if there would have been any problems.

So these criminals, I mean "unarmed men of color" getting shot and or killed by police and these rioters and looters, I mean "peaceful protestors" have nothing in common........ unless you count (breaking the law, being violent, resisting the police, attacking the police, evading arrest) as long as you ignore all of that and more, then I can see why people are so upset with the police. If you take away all the crimes and lawbreaking... these people are just innocent, upstanding people being murdered and harassed by the police.

I don't excuse it either, but I feel the more pressing issue is the folks with guns and the police that specifically pushed the protestors into them with the intent to drive away once the clash started.

I didn't say their records have anything to do with anything. It is clear now they were criminals. Clearly they were there to be a part of criminal activity. Now that more light has been shed, tell me why we should defend these criminals, one of which was a *** offender, or feel sorry for them? Seriously, tell my why anyone is actually defending these criminals!! What kind of world is this where the criminals are praised and protected as they commit crimes?

I feel the whole case will come down to after he shot the first guy.
1. He called a friend, not 911
2. He tried to flee the scene of the shooting and tripped.
3. The crowd was trying to catch him and keep him there for the police.
4. Defense will say, crowd was trying to kill him and show the video of the guy with a handgun.
5. Prosecution will show the video of the guy trying to disarm him getting shot in the arm while backing off or freezing.
6. Defense will show him surrendering to the Police like, here I am, please protect me from these people who are trying to kill me.
7. Prosecution will say that the crowd was simply trying to disarm him and keep him at the scene of the initial shooting. So, that the police know who the shooter was.

My big problem is the fact that he called his friend and said, "I just killed somebody!"
That really says a lot to me about who HE is and his mentality at the time of the shooting.

Points 2 and 3 are total bullshit with implicit bias. He LEFT the scene of an angry mob that attacked him. What's the alternative? Stand there and shoot more as they attack you? You can argue the prosecution will attempt to use the point you made, but the literal evidence shows otherwise

The crowd wasn't trying to keep him there for the police, they were trying to exact revenge on him. He literally walked up to the police to turn himself in after the first self defense shot and the dumbass LEO turned him away instead of taking him somewhere secure while they figured it out.

The big takeaway here is that this guy has more balls and 99% of the people online talking shit about how they would beat some ***. He's not even white, he's apparently hispanic. He's done more for those who want to stop BLM/Antifa/Marxists than just about anyone.

It just goes to show when shit hits the fan, there's one group that is well armed and educated and another side who just want to be anarchists. It's going to be like the US invasion of Iraq with a heavily lopsided body count. I don't understand why these sheep continue to push the buttons of those who have historically been the most successful conquerors in the existence of human beings.
