I dont eat Pork/Swine. Id have to stick with Chicken..I get my beef from a butcher not store bought any more. Lamb chops are delish Marinated and grilled.

Being a Diabetic Blows Azz- Generally have to watch what i eat these days .Im 5-9 and fluctuate from 170-178 lbs.I guess all these sugars and processed foods have jacked my body up over the years.A bad infection in my leg did it for me about 2 years ago.So, I watch what I eat these days.Fast foods are out.I generally cook every day.
