No clamping before nailing to insure you have a tight bond? How much space between nails? What does glue the crap out of it mean? Too much glue just makes a mess and is a waste of glue . No pics?Who knows how good or bad your cuts are without any pics. What's with the clear coated wood? Curious about that but anyway how's anyone going to be able to answer that with so little information and no pics? Ok I'll say it. Sure it'll be all right 🤔.

If I had to guess, chances are he got some birch with some glossy finish to it, both sides. My 15's enclosure had that, in sig, and was a ***** to apply the Duratex from Partsexpress because of it. Found out that the Duratex sticks better to raw wood. Chances are, so will wood glue to adhere the bonding to joining pieces. Admit it, you effed up....again.

I see.
This could be another upsetting situation

About two inches between nails. Just glue before and after just in case there was any air gaps.

Hard to see on phone but other than the baffle is it done? Port exit needs rounded over and brace. Is that all the airspace you have for bracing? Personally would of went with dowels or window type bracing (a little better for air flow then just a cut piece of wood) but at least there's 45s. But only 3? Silicon for any possible air leaks.

Where else should I put 45's? I know the port exit still needs rounded off (routered). The inside is done how it was designed. Except for the port routering that I have to finish my hand. Now that I think of it, it does call for one port brace that isn't installed.

Y'all be giving two names hell, lol.
Lol not really but maybe a little.
The way it's laid out in first pick plus looking at it on my phone I couldn't tell if that brace was set up to go against the baffle or not but I still say a looks a little different than the sketch up. Seems like it is a little off on the baffle comparatively but idk maybe it's just part of the problem with using a sh##y phone.

I cut it different than the original sketch to get more support under the sub, that's all. The cubic feet never changed. It might not be perfect, but it is the first subwoofer box that I've ever built. I cut it all with a cordless DeWalt. Not perfection, but I tried. I wanted three points of support for the sub, so, I did adjust how it was cut, for that purpose. Now, it has support left, center, and right. Shredder2 was very cool to help me. Thanks again Shredder.

yeah that, just as long as your amp can take the voltage. I have an orion amp that maxes input voltage at 4V.
