If I'm going to be honest, neither.  Both of those are faily weak when you could get a TON more for not much more money. What is your application? But to answer your question if you are dead set on those two.... get the JBL.

It's a Honda Fit, so I don't have a need or room for a large sub.  I'm putting in a new amp and very good speakers.  I'm more interested in sound quality than depth and volume. 

Any recommendations?  Thanks!

can give you advice on speakers and speaker amps too if you'd like. and sub wise it depends if you're not going for volume that makes it easier to find a quality woofer for cheap. look at the FU300 series. You could also get 8s or 6.5s youd be surprised what they can do. But if you really want a cream puff SQ subwoofer get the black hydra 10... gonna be more money but oh so worth it when you finish.
