I have a Frozen up 12 in square kicker L7 how can I unfreeze it does plugging it into the wall really work?

If so please let me knw or if there are any other simple tips to unfreeze it 
no. do not plug it into the wall unless you want to kiss the voice coil goodbye. The "stuck" scenario happens when part of the copper windings on the former (or bobbin) fuse to the sidewalls of the area where the voice coil former is supposed to move up and down inside of. If its frozen and you apply 60 hz at around 2000 watts and it doesnt immediately break free, itll literally melt a fair amount of the copper on the part of the winding that got stuck in the first place. Additionally, if its stuck ,its not long for this world due to the aforementioned issues, its in need of a recone
