2 2ohm dvc subs.......if it's a 2 channel amp and you run 1 sub to each channel then each channel is getting 1 ohm or 2 ohm if you use only one voice coil......if it's a 1 channel amp then you can run it to .5ohm or 4ohm if you wire the voice coils pos to neg and then one pos and the other neg to the amp......there's no 1ohm result from 2 2ohm dvc subs running to 1 channel.....

you mean .5 or 2 ohms together. That Ample Audio is also a monoblock, so they are wired to .5. Hopefully your "shop" didnt crank the gains either, cause itll be dead soon if they did.

Blow them and get some new ones they got warranties. Also the Ample Audio Amp is mine we turned the gain all the way to check them out but only ran for like 30mins thats it, just to see how well they held up. Also they are louder then 2 15" Kicker l5's in a sealed box compared to the 2 12" Cerwin Vega in a ported box. Hooked to the same amp and all and it popped my window out almost thank god we notice the window before it completely came out. bump on the vega's
