so in conclusion...brahma's are the smallest xmax, 13w7 claims 32mm, and so does XXX (which is probably true), but i have never actually seen any in real life... im really missin out bad - no one even know's about brahmas or re in my town!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

xxx are made for spl only, so they would have a big xmax. the xxx would probabaly beat brahma in the spl comps, but the brahmas would beat xxx in the sq comps. from what i am told the 15brahma would beat the 13w7 in spl, and it would be very close in sq.

x max is not everything....

i was really gonna get a 12w6v2 in a ported box... it was my top choice till i found out about the brahma. i know the bumpin03 had 2 12w6v2's in a sealed box if you wanna talk about it, he says they were really nice. the only thing that i perfer on the w6v2 is that it only needs 600 or so watts, and they can still get loud and sound real nice.

but really if you get a 12w6v2 and a jl 500.1 amp, its gonna cost about 750$ or so, and i can get a brahma 15 with a ampman 1600.1 amp for about 50-100$ more. so im gonna go with the brahma, it has goos sq and spl that would compare and possibly beat teh 13w7.

so then you are getting used equipment???

if so then mostly from what i know is that if i get something then abuse it hard and i can tell a difference from it used than from it new, i try to sell it. i would be cautious on the sub, but i think the amp shouldnt have a problem.
