the mojo is a beast of an spl driver! if done properly that sub will have no issues being louder then a single L5! i would suggest that the port be on the same plain as the driver. in that i mean on the same baffle as the sub.
yeah i have known about credance but as r/t said today the baskets and motors including vcs are built by jl and the cones were by patriot, but patriot payed enough to have there name slapped on them lol. it was an odd situation. i talked jd at r/t and he was super nice and awnsered any question...
for output 4 15's will do the job! both the type r and the sx will do sufficiently im sure now the decision is which sub.... the type r is cheaper i do beleive but the sx sure looks nice
as for the down firing enclosure it will be fine, it wont make that big of a differance but it will help give you better output but if installed properly you will have a great sounding install
well your going with a sealed enclosure wich on most occasions will give you a nice tight response. one way to help you get good tight response is feed it a good clean signal with a good amount of unclipped power. now look for drivers that are sq oriented, with all factors taken in to...
ok so no one knows anything about these lol its ok i found out they are 500 rms driver they are 379.00 msrp which dont mean much lol i guess the average store sold them for 300 each....... and the optimum ported enclosure is .75! so overall they didnt tell me much lol but i did test them some...
no the ones that were for sale were a newer patriot sub! they are three steps below these drivers. well thats if they still made these lol.
