1 - In good condition - there is a small piece of the heat sink broken, but it does not affect functionality (these are fan cooled internally). I have the original box, manual, and birth sheet as well. It will come with a 12' and 1.5' symbilink cable, a y-adapter for the symbilink, and a high level input to symbilink adapter (Zapco #SLDIN .BTL-F).
2 - Amp looks like it was never installed. Bought it with intentions of driving some components in my DD, but went with a JL 500/3 to run a sub also. Includes the original box, fuse/wire, allen wrench and instructions. Amp test -
